BIO

Past experiences have manifested into the symptoms you experience today.

  • Overthinking, worry, stress, feeling like you aren’t good enough. Anxiety is a natural response to the stressors of everyday life. It is a symptom the body uses to try and let us know that something is not right.

Together we can learn how to use these signals to make better choices, learn to feel safe, and have more confidence in everyday interactions.

  • Feeling down, exhausted, loss of energy and interest. The way you are living is not working and you need a change. This response is developed from beliefs formed at times of great distress that can be called trauma.

We can identify what in your life is draining you, and where you need to set boundaries to start recovering your energy and feeling joy again.

  • Easily frightened, on edge, feeling out-of-touch, lack of concentration, easily agitated. Automatic negative responses and reactions to your environment and in relationships. Avoidance of things that remind you of the past.

I will guide you through your tough memories and help you learn how to find calm in the storm, and to trust yourself in order to heal from the past.

Let’s solve this problem together.
